For couples with ceremonies and receptions on different dates, the Wisteria Package offers:
Reception Only, ceremony not included.
Completed Live Wedding painting in two-to-three weeks.
Service lasting up until 10 pm.
Requires client to submit one or more clear photos to be recreated.
Starts at $400.

Serving as a “Base Package” that will fit any and all new couples, The Wisteria Package offers:
Service for both ceremony and reception.
Completed painting within two-to-three weeks.
Service up until 9 pm.
Starts at $600.

Give your wedding guests the ability to see your finished painting with The Gladiola Package, which includes:
Service for both ceremony and reception.
Completed painting within two-to-three weeks.
Service up until 10 pm.
Custom 5”x7” postcard prints of your completed peice to include with “Thank You” cards.

With the Carnation Package, your live wedding painting will be a gift that keeps on giving long after your wedding day. It includes:
Service for both ceremony and reception.
Service up until 10 pm.
Completed painting within two-to-three weeks.
Custom 5”x7” postcard prints OR 5.5”x4” bifold “Thank You” cards.
Two 8”x 12” canvas prints as gifts to loved ones.

So what is a Live Wedding Painter?
My role in your big day is to…
Step 1: Arrive several hours prior to your ceremony, set up an easel, and paint your venue.
Step 2: Pack up my supplies when guests arrive so your big moment is picture perfect and clutter-free.
Step 3: During the ceremony, I take a quick snapshot of the couple, usually in their first kiss at the altar.
Step 4: During the dinner and/or reception, I set up once again in view of the guests to paint the couple from the snapshot into the finished background.
Step 5: You and your guests get to party the night away, and stop by to see an artist at work.
Step 6: After the wedding, I take the piece back to my studio for some touch ups before delivering it to the newlyweds.

Packages start as low as $600 for the entire wedding painting experience. Prices increase the further the distance from Rapid City your venue is.

I can work venues anywhere in Rapid City, and as far out as Spearfish, Hot Springs, and Wall! I’ve also always been open to traveling further, so don’t hesitate to inquire!

I am able to travel, though it is rare. My parameters for distance extend anywhere in the United States! Travel expenses must be covered, and will be included in the overall price with the piece.

Depending on the size of the piece, the painting could take between one and three weeks to complete. Afterward, I will either hand-deliver or ship the finished piece to the newlyweds!

You certainly can! If you do, you will need to include the contact information of the couple, so that I can touch base with them too.

While most couples prefer to be painted from a photo at the altar during the first kiss, the options are endless! In the application form, you will have the option to request any location, pose, or moment. There is no guarantee that I will be able to get the picture you request, but I will always be sure to get backup images and paint a product that you will love.

As long as they’re included in the reference photo, I can include anyone near and dear to you in the painting.

That is entirely up to each couple! Weddings are expensive, and if you can save a little cash by leaving out a seat or a plate, I’m more than happy to stand and/or bring my own lunch.
